Warranty

All items are delivered with a standard warranty of minimum 6 months (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. Products are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product. If you have any problems with the product, please notify us within warrantty period.Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by the customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment

In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. We request our customers to wait for 5 working days after the approval for reflection of funds in his/her account.It may attract 2% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by the customer. (It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commission even though order canceled and refunded.).

Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered. We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.

Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. TenUp Tech the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
